The El Nino Effect

It's no secret that El Nino is currently making an impact and that its relative strength can critically influence Canada's weather patterns. Typically, El Nino has a warmer and drier bias for the central and southern prairies with southeastern Manitoba being the wettest of them all.

Any weather problems in the nearby months have the potential to swing markets sharply higher. Is that going to happen this year you ask? Your guess is as good as our local meteorologists.
